𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

 

  • Drive business growth, deposit mobilization, and revenue generation within the Oil & Gas sector
  • Develop and execute strategies aligned with the Bank’s objectives
  • Build and manage relationships with Oil & Gas companies and key industry stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations and structure financial and transactional solutions
  • Supervise, coach, and develop Relationship Managers and Business Development teams
  • Monitor performance, pipelines, and achievement of business targets
  • Ensure strong credit quality, risk management, regulatory compliance, and KYC standards
  • Represent the Bank at industry forums and stakeholder engagements
  • Drive cross‑selling across Treasury, Trade Finance, Corporate Banking, and Digital Banking solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum of a First Degree in any discipline (additional qualifications are an advantage)
  • 7–10+ years’ cognate experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, Commercial, or Corporate Banking
  • CIBN certification (required or an added advantage)
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, relationship management, and revenue delivery
  • Strong understanding of Oil & Gas sector dynamics, risk considerations, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills
