The purpose of this role is to acquire and manage High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) customers, ensuring tailored financial solutions while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Account Acquisition of the HNI customers
  • Ability to handle sensitive personal and financial information.
  • Proven track record of maintaining customer privacy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and adapt to the moods, preferences, and expectations of HNIs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and persuasively
  • Impeccable grooming and demeanor.
  • Formal communication style with appropriate use of business etiquette.
  • Ability to work irregular hours or travel if needed.
  • Comfortable with dynamic work environments and last-minute changes.
  • Strong moral character and sense of responsibility.
  • Exposure to international standards and cross-cultural interactions.
  • Ability to deal with global HNI customer or multicultural families.

  • Customer oriented: Must be driven by the Bank’s purpose of delivering valuable products
  • Show a strong ability to critically analyze market problems and define clear, detailed, and logical product and service solutions.
  • Ability to collaborative and work with stakeholders and team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deeply curious and want to understand the why
  • Not satisfied with the status quo and want to raise the bar
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Technical and analytical background
  • Strong track record of execution

Education:

  • 1st Degree
  • Masters is a plus
