Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth by promoting our payment gateway and transaction processing services to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment processing, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Job Details

1.Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Build relationships with potential clients
• Offer tailored payment processing solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay up to date with payment industry trends, technologies, and regulations

2. Product Knowledge:

• Develop expertise in payment gateway and transaction processing services

3. Client Management:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Resolve client issues and concerns

4. Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., technical support, product development)
• Ensure seamless client onboarding and integration

5. Reporting and Analysis:

• Submit regular sales reports and analyses to the unit head.

Competencies, Skills & Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets

Knowledge of payment industry trends, technologies, and regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS)
