Job Summary

The Project Officer owns and delivers the Liability and Revenue projections on assigned products for female business and ecosystem, through collaborations, effective communications, and stakeholder engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

Key Expectations

A successful Product Officer should fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:

·       Drive the Sara propositions by establishing new alliances with female owned business & ecosystems and their value chain to achieve sizeable share of the Women Market.

·       Liaise and work with all SBUs within the Bank for their support and commitment for the women market

·       Daily championing of the support and drive for the sara proposition to improve visibility and perception

·       Review, constantly and consistently, the Women’s Market value propositions to ensure that they are still competitive and relevant to target market and customers; and identify trends that can enable management decision making

·       Regularly conduct gender awareness training sessions across the bank to ensure understanding of the Sara and its propositions.

·       Provide support for staff with adequate marketing resources.

·       Drive awareness creation for the Sara proposition by fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in female owned business & ecosystems

·       Create & explore business opportunities for collaboration with Women Business and focus ecosystems.

·       Support the on-boarding of new female owned business & ecosystems as well as increase the business volumes with existing relationships.

·       Regularly engage the women identified under the focus ecosystem using the database obtained from organized and attended Sara events.

·       Drive reactivation of female accounts working with Relationship teams and other SBUs.

·       Develop engagement plans showing strategies for product marketing and growth.

·       Design & development of new products/ value-add for Women

·       Perform other duties as may be assigned by Head, Women Banking.

 

Requirements

·       3+ years of product management experience

·       A first degree in a related field

·       Technical and analytical background

·       Strong track record of execution

·       Show a strong ability to critically analyze market problems and define clear, detailed, and logical product and service solutions.

·       Platform product leadership: collaborate with product and engineering leadership across the Bank to develop the platform and skillset.
